Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Australia is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.


4. Tracking

All orders include a tracking number. You will receive your tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses

  • Unclaimed parcels

  • Failed delivery attempts


6. Lost or Delayed Orders
